In the event of Department of Home Affairs considers to refuse or cancel your visa application, you may get the review rights if you or in some cases your family member or sponsor is in Australia.
If DOHA is considering to cancel your current visa in case you haven’t met the visa conditions, then DOHA may issue a Notice of Intention to Consider cancellation (NOICC) . You will have limited time to respond to NOICC. We assist you in responding to NOICC and thus visa cancellation may be saved depending upon the merits of your case.
